Critical to our growth ambitions is our ability to navigate the Amazon seller central ecosystem and rapidly respond to business needs with process sophistication. We are looking for a talented channel manager to lead our growing portfolio of brands and products on the Amazon marketplace.

Responsibilities

As part of our Growth team, you will be responsible for ensuring Amazon marketplace health, managing merchandising and catalog performance, and problem solving across brands. This is a unique challenge as we need someone who loves process, has perseverance and patience, and who is capable and enthused to deploy a resilient approach. You possess a passionate sense of urgency to keep foundational processes and platforms thriving while handling inevitable ambiguity. Responsibilities include:

  • Create a structured and process-oriented approach to managing our Amazon catalog
  • Triage and execute on account health issues within the complex Amazon ecosystem
  • Drive product availability within North American Amazon marketplaces
  • Work cross-functionally to understand acquisition and integration requirements and map out critical failure points and risk mitigation plans to enable our growth ambitions
  • Develop and execute a scale approach to Amazon case management
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure our channel strategy remains competitive
  • Own and communicate KPI performance across our Amazon channel and engage in thought leadership to ensure we are tracking the right metrics
  • Be additive to our culture of challenging the status quo and having a low ego
  • As required, help to interview, hire, and coach those around you

About You

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and collaborative team member to manage our Amazon commerce channel. S/he will be motivated by an opportunity to design and execute a very efficient process. The ideal candidate has a track record of bringing structure and process to something that is inherently messy, has superior writing skills and great attention to detail, is able to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people, and is excited at the prospect of being a part of a rapidly growing company. Ideal candidates will have several years of prior experience managing sales channels; Amazon seller central experience is not required but is a plus.
